Hi, I'm Sonya - a nutrition speaker and certified healthy eating coach. A huge foodie and mum of 3 (2 teens and 1 young adult).

I lost my pregnancy weight (maintained it for good!) without dieting after developing healthy recipes. ​This is how I discovered my joy for cooking delicious, healthy, all-natural meals that saves time and money! I hope to share these amazing life-changing recipes with other mums and help them regain their body confidence, just like I did!
