Students will learn cookery basics skills & techniques used to help make them a better and more confident cook.
Also, they'll be educated on how to cook a healthy meal and how it can be adapted to any dietary requirement, as well as where the ingredients they are using come from and how they can be used in other recipes such as national days and cultures, seasonal ingredients.
Students also learn about Healthy Eating Habits Food Hygiene Kitchen and Equipment Safety
Everything required for the workshop is provided, including refreshments.
